The AGRO LEAN PROJECT is a partnership between DATAGRO and HBA that started in 2014 with the purpose of implementing Lean Management projects in agribusiness, focusing on Sugarcane, Sugar and Ethanol Plants.
The partnership began with three simultaneous pilot projects at Vale do Tijuco (Cut, Transshipment and Transportation), Da Mata (Agricultural Automotive Maintenance) and Diana (Industry).
